Dr. Tosha Bell is a Women's Wellness & Stress Resilience Strategist, and the visionary, founder of Body Matters Experience in Grand Prairie. She integrates faith, exercise science, wellness education, and encouragement to help women transform their lives through intentional movement, prayer, nutrition, and evidence-based stress reduction strategies.
