Dr. Tosha Bell is a Doctor of Education in Kinesiology, Certified Personal Trainer, Women’s Fitness Specialist, and Stress Management Practitioner with a passion for helping organizations reduce stress and build resilient, healthy teams.
Before entering the health and wellness field, Dr. Bell served as a classroom educator for nine years. Through her firsthand experience in education, she understands the realities of workplace stress including emotional fatigue, high demands, limited recovery, and the toll chronic stress can take on both physical and mental health.
Her transition from education to kinesiology was driven by a desire to create practical, sustainable solutions for stress solutions that support people without adding more pressure to already demanding environments.
Dr. Bell’s work bridges research, real-world experience, and compassionate leadership, allowing her to connect deeply with educators, healthcare professionals, and corporate teams alike. Her research-informed approach integrates movement, stress education, and behavior change strategies to help employees move from burnout to balance.
