    Dr. Tosha Bell is a retired educator with 16 years of classroom experience whose journey from hairstylist to educator to exercise and wellness expert was shaped by her personal battle with depression, anxiety, and chronic stress. Through that journey, she discovered the transformative power of combining exercise science, wellness strategies, and faith-based principles to restore both mental and physical health.


    Today, through her signature Strategy Over Stress™ method, Dr. Bell empowers women, educators, and corporations with research-backed, faith-centered strategies designed to reduce stress, build resilience, improve well-being, and help individuals thrive personally and professionally.

    Darrick Lamar is an Organizational Behavioral Strategist whose leadership was forged through 25 years of military service, retiring as a Master Sergeant after leading people in high-pressure, high-accountability environments where decisions mattered and leadership was tested daily. His career spans frontline leadership, mentorship, and organizational development experiences that shaped his deep understanding of how behavior, mindset, and emotional intelligence directly influence performance. Grounded in formal education in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and General Psychology, Darrick blends science with lived leadership experience to help organizations close the gap between intention and impact.


    Beyond his professional work, Darrick is proudly married to his beautiful wife, Dr. Tosha Bell, whose dedication to health, wellness, and human performance mirrors the values at the core of The SHIFT Advantage. Together, they embody a shared commitment to growth, discipline, and purposeful leadership.
